Okay... some random updates...

It was yesterday, finally I just finished "Wild Arms the Vth Vanguard" (or WA5 in American version). Of course it was the japanese version since localization for US ver will release this August, 28th :p
lol, I should finished it like 4month ago.... but no time for games lately ><; (WA5 NTSC-J was released last december)

Anyway, hurray... for me :D

Doh.... it almost a month I cant use the broadband...
I thought it was because I didnt pay the bills, but it actually dont. The dsl light wont just turn on since then... and sometimes LAN led wont even blink... so I think it must be the stupid modem. (/me looking at the ISP provided cheap-looking rounded blue modem)

Still doing nothing than watching old animes... recently I gone through Midori no Hibi (Midori Days), all 13eps for about 5-6times.... (what I'm thinking?). Anyway, Midori Days is a good anime, to be exact, I was analyzing the direction and camera works, and it was very well done. The director IS good.

Isn't Midori is just annoyingly cute? :)

Still got nothing to do... now just back playing PS2 games...
After I finished GRANDIA III, I dont have any other interesting game to play... now just playing old games, mostly Macross PS2 game, GT4, Burnout Revenge.... even I still have Tales of Lagendia to play, but I'm just suck at it lol, although it DOES looks interesting.... ah, I still have SRW Alpha 3rd and GSD:Generation of CE at the middle ..etc, etc... so busy with my life :)

Now, I'm looking forward for Hari Raya (The Eid) holiday, for the whole week! BANZAI!

x64 aint useless!

Okay, I got this machine recently, and installed WindowsXP Pro x64 Edition Version 2003...

Actualy, this is not the final retail as I know so far, its the so-called "RTM" version. (Later I got the retail one, which has exclude the "Version 2003" OS ID naming)
I've been with the OS quite a while (as you can see on the screenshot ^^;), it has IIS6 that have http compression built in which is very nice... I'm using it for file transfer, which made it faster and I always have max bandwidth throughput with it (using crappy dsl, fyi).
x64 Edition also have 2 versions of Internet Explorer (32-bit and 64-bit.) IE 64-bit run much faster i think, but the problem is it cant show flash.. (at this point of time, no 64bit flash plug-in yet)
Other than these, there is no much differences with WinXP 32-bit.

Main Specification:
・CPU: AMD Athlon 64 3000+ "Venice" core with SSE3
・M/B: MSI K8N Neo2-FX (K8/nForce3 250Gb/8ch Audio/SATA)
・VID: nVIDIA GeForce4 440MX (TV out)
・RAM: Corsair 512MB 184-pin PC3200 DDR400
・HDD: 288GB

Other interfaces:
・RATOX IEEE 1394 PCI Interface (for DV Capture)
・RICOH PCMCIA(Type II, TypeIII) Interface

Since it based on nVIDIA nForce3, I have no problem with devices so far. Of course u will need to get the 64bit drivers for it, but nVIDIA seems to have it for quite a time. FYI, the chipset covers most of the system, including graphic and sound. LUCKY ME!
The main problem you might have with 64bit PC is the drivers. Even WinXP have good Plug n Play support already, but its still less perfect. In that case you will need to search it your own... you might find most of device makers did not have 64bit drivers yet.

I think its not wise to turn for 64bit now, let's just pray Windows Vista will be more perfect...

Back from the Dead

Finally I'm back from the 3 years of blanks. I didn't realize my 20Gigs HDD is almost full! Last time I downloaded animes like crazy was at year 2002. It was sad to leave Japan tho... (T-T)

Recently got Suteki Yume's fansub release till ep11. Its surprising that Gundam X is not licensed yet?! GundamX is my most favourite new era Gundam series of all*. Not-bad-at-all translation, but I'm a little upset they named Tifa as Tifa Adil... (Adil means "Fair" in my language...) I prefer Tifa Adiel tho... anyway, Tifa looks cute like always :) moemoe...
